Macarrão ao Molho de Camarão

1 pacote de massa
2 latas de molho de tomate
1 colher de sobremesa de sal
1 dente de alho amassado
1 colher de sopa de azeite
1 cebola media
1 kg de camarões sete barbas limpos e descascados
1 colher de sopa de manteiga
pimenta do reino

Modo de Preparo:
Temperar os camarões com o sal e a pimenta do reino.
Numa frigideira colocar o óleo e o alho e deixar dourar.
Aquecer uma outra panela e colocar os camarões, mexer por um minuto.
Colocar os camarões panela com óleo e o alho, deixar apurar por no máximo quatro minutos. Reserve.

Dourar a cebola no azeite e acrescentar o molho de tomate, deixar apurar até ferver.
Corrigir o sal.
Se o molho ficar muito ácido acrescente uma colher de sobremesa de açúcar.
Acrescentar os camarões ao molho e deixar cozinhar por mais um ou dois minutos.
Corrigir o sal novamente, se necessário.
Colocar o macarrão numa travessa e jogar o molho por cima.
Levar ao forno para aquecer a massa rapidamente.
